Privacy Policy
Application: HD Camera: AI Sweet Beauty · Last updated: June 15, 2026
1. Introduction & Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how TRAN THI HUE (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information
when you use the mobile application HD Camera: AI Sweet Beauty (the “App”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
The App is a camera and photo editor that offers HD capture, AI-powered beauty enhancement, filters, stickers, makeup, and similar
on-device photo features. By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
For purposes of certain data protection laws, we act as a “controller” (or equivalent) for information we process about you.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Photos and Camera Content
- Camera input: when you use the in-app camera, the live preview and any photo you choose to capture are processed locally on your device to apply real-time effects (beauty, filters, makeup, stickers, HD enhancement).
- Gallery photos: when you select a photo from your device gallery to edit, the App reads only the file(s) you choose.
- Edited results: photos saved by you are stored in your device storage (e.g., gallery, Pictures folder). We do not upload your photos to our servers, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.
Important: All beauty enhancements, filters, makeup, and AI effects in HD Camera: AI Sweet Beauty are processed
on your device. Photos are not transmitted to us. They leave your device only if you yourself share them
(e.g., via the Android share sheet to another app such as Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.).
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device & technical data: device model, manufacturer, OS version, screen resolution, language, time zone, country, app version, install source.
- Identifiers: advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / AAID), Firebase Instance ID, and app-generated pseudonymous IDs.
- Usage events: which screens you open, which filters/effects you tap, session duration, feature usage counts, and similar analytics events.
- Diagnostic data: crash reports, ANRs, performance metrics, and error logs (these do not contain your photos).
- Approximate network info: IP address (used by ad/analytics partners for fraud prevention, coarse geolocation at country level, and ad serving).
2.3 Information You Provide
- Support communications: if you email us at jandev1989@gmail.com, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments you choose to send.
- Feedback / ratings: any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports you voluntarily provide.
We do not require you to create an account to use the App.
3. Device Permissions We Request
| Permission | Why we use it | What happens if you deny |
| Camera |
To open the in-app camera and let you take photos with beauty effects, filters, and HD capture. |
You will not be able to use the in-app camera, but you can still edit photos from your gallery. |

4. How We Use Information
- Provide the camera, gallery import, AI beauty, filter, sticker, makeup, and HD photo features.
- Save your in-app preferences (e.g., last-used filter, beauty intensity) locally on your device.
- Diagnose crashes and fix bugs (via crash logs and performance metrics).
- Measure feature usage to improve the App (which filters are popular, which screens cause drop-offs).
- Deliver and measure advertisements that help support the free version of the App.
- Respond to your support requests and communications.
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
5. Legal Bases (GDPR/EEA/UK where applicable)
If you are in the EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with similar laws, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract: to provide the Services you request (camera, editor, save).
- Legitimate interests: for security, fraud prevention, debugging, analytics, and product improvement.
- Consent: for personalized ads, optional notifications, and access to camera/photos. You may withdraw consent at any time via in-app or device settings.
- Legal obligation: to comply with laws and respond to lawful requests.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only as follows:
- Service providers and SDK partners: analytics, crash reporting, attribution, and advertising partners listed in Section 17.
- Advertising partners: to serve and measure contextual or personalized ads, depending on your consent and region.
- Compliance & safety: in response to lawful requests, to enforce our Terms, prevent harm, or protect rights, property, and safety.
- Business transfers: if the App or our business is reorganized, acquired, or assets are transferred, information may be transferred subject to this Policy.
- Aggregated/de-identified data: statistics that do not identify you personally.
Your photos are never shared by us with any third party. They remain on your device unless you share them yourself.
7. Advertising, Analytics & Cookies
7.1 Ads
The free version of the App is supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob (and may use additional mediation networks)
to display banner, interstitial, native, and rewarded ads. Ad partners may use your advertising ID, IP address, device info, and
in-app events to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and (where you consent) personalize ads.
7.2 Analytics & Diagnostics
We use Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) to understand aggregate usage and to receive crash reports.
These tools collect device information, app events, and crash data; they do not collect your photos.
7.3 Your Choices
- Reset / opt out of ad personalization: Android Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalization.
- Consent for EEA/UK users: when required, the App displays a Google-certified consent form (Google UMP) the first time you launch it. You can change your choice at any time inside the App (Settings → Privacy / Consent).
- Google Ad Settings:
myadcenter.google.com
- Industry opt-outs (web):
NAI,
DAA,
YourOnlineChoices (EU).
Note: Opting out limits personalized ads; you will still see non-personalized ads in the free version.
8. Your Choices & Rights
Depending on your region (GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, PIPEDA, etc.), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your personal information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent).
- Opt out of personalized advertising.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at jandev1989@gmail.com from the email address you want
the response sent to, and include the device model and approximate install date so we can locate the relevant data. We will respond within
the timeframe required by applicable law.
9. Sexual Content & Profanity Policy
HD Camera: AI Sweet Beauty is a general-audience photo and beauty camera application. We have a zero-tolerance policy
toward sexual content, nudity, sexually suggestive material, and profanity, in line with Google Play’s
Sexual Content and Profanity policy.
9.1 Content That Is Strictly Prohibited
You may not use the App, its filters, AI tools, sharing features, or any other functionality to create, upload, store, edit, generate, or share:
- Nudity, partial nudity, or depictions of genitalia, female nipples, or buttocks in a sexualized context.
- Sexual acts, sexual arousal, sex toys, fetish content, or any sexually explicit imagery.
- Sexually suggestive poses, framing, camera angles, or text that focus on intimate body parts.
- Content that depicts, encourages, or facilitates non-consensual sexual behavior, including deepfake nudes, “undress” effects, or “nudify” transformations of any person.
- Any sexual or suggestive content involving minors (anyone under 18). This is absolutely prohibited and will be reported to the
National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
and to law enforcement where required by law.
- Profanity, hate speech, harassment, slurs, or vulgar text added through stickers, text tools, captions, or filter names.
- Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites sexual violence, exploitation, or trafficking.
9.2 What We Do to Enforce This
- The App does not include any nudity, “undress,” “nudify,” lingerie removal, or sexually suggestive filters, stickers, or AI effects.
- All preset filters, makeup looks, stickers, frames, and text content shipped in the App are designed for a general audience (13+ rating where applicable).
- Where AI image features are available, they include safety filters intended to block prompts and outputs that are sexual, pornographic, or involve minors in a sexual context (see Section 10).
- We do not provide any in-app community, public feed, comments, or user-to-user messaging where sexual content could be shared inside the App.
9.3 User Responsibility
Because edited photos are saved to your own device and can be shared by you to other apps (e.g., Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp), you are
responsible for the content you create with the App and for the way you share it. Misuse of the App to create or share content that
violates this Section 9 — including sexual content, sexual content involving minors, harassment, or non-consensual imagery of real people — is
a violation of these terms and may be a violation of the laws of your country.
9.4 Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of content created with HD Camera: AI Sweet Beauty that violates this policy — especially content that sexualizes a minor or
depicts a real person without consent — please report it immediately to jandev1989@gmail.com
with the subject line ABUSE REPORT. We will:
- Acknowledge your report within 72 hours.
- Investigate and, where applicable, update the App to block the offending feature, filter, sticker, or AI prompt.
- Cooperate with law enforcement and report child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to NCMEC and to relevant authorities as required by law.
10. AI‑Generated Content Policy
HD Camera: AI Sweet Beauty uses artificial intelligence to enhance and transform your photos — for example, AI beauty retouch, AI makeup,
AI face shaping, AI background, AI filters/styles, AI portrait, and similar features (collectively, “AI Features”). This section explains
how those AI Features work and the rules that apply to them. It is designed to comply with Google Play’s
Generative AI Apps policy
and the EU AI Act transparency obligations.
10.1 How the AI Features Work
- Input: the photo you choose to capture or import. You decide what photo to feed to an AI Feature.
- Processing location: wherever feasible, AI Features run on your device using bundled models. Some advanced
AI effects (clearly labeled in the App) may run on a secure cloud endpoint operated by us or our model provider; in that case, the photo
is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection, processed, and the resulting image is returned to your device.
- Storage: for cloud AI processing, the input photo and the output are deleted from the processing server immediately after the
result is returned (within 24 hours at the latest). They are not used to train AI models, not sold, not used for advertising,
and not retained for any other purpose.
- No biometric profile: the App does not build or store a face template, faceprint, voiceprint, or other biometric identifier
that could be used to recognize you across sessions.
10.2 Transparency & Disclosure
- Photos modified by an AI Feature are synthetic or AI-altered content. You acknowledge that the output may differ
significantly from the original photo and from reality (e.g., changed skin, body shape, age, hair, background, or facial features).
- When you share an AI-generated or AI-edited image to other people or platforms, you should clearly label it as AI-generated or
AI-edited where the receiving platform or local law requires it (e.g., political content, news content, or content depicting real people).
- Where supported, the App may embed a visible watermark or invisible content credential (such as C2PA metadata) on AI-generated outputs.
You should not remove these markers.
10.3 Prohibited Uses of AI Features
You agree not to use any AI Feature to create, generate, or attempt to generate:
- Nudity, sexual content, pornography, sexually suggestive imagery, or “undress” / “nudify” transformations of any person, real or imagined.
- Any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative content depicting minors, including AI-generated CSAM. Such conduct is a serious crime.
- Non-consensual deepfakes, face swaps, or impersonations of real people (including celebrities, politicians, private individuals, or anyone
whose likeness you do not have permission to use).
- Content intended to defame, harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, or blackmail any person.
- Content promoting hate speech, discrimination, terrorism, violent extremism, self-harm, or illegal activity.
- Misleading content that misrepresents real events (e.g., fake news photos, fake evidence, fake medical content) in a way intended to deceive.
- Content that violates intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of copyrighted characters, logos, or artworks.
- Content used to commit fraud, identity theft, or to bypass biometric or KYC verification systems.
10.4 Safety Measures We Apply to AI Features
- Content filtering: AI Features include input and output safety classifiers designed to block nudity, sexual content, CSAM,
extreme violence, and other prohibited categories. Requests that trigger these filters are refused.
- Minor protection: AI Features that change appearance (e.g., aging filters, body reshape, makeup, swap effects) are
designed to refuse or restrict processing when the input is detected as likely depicting a minor, and they do not offer “make older,”
“undress,” or sexualizing effects.
- Provider safeguards: our cloud AI provider(s) apply their own additional safety policies and filters. If a provider
detects abuse (e.g., repeated CSAM prompts), they may suspend service and report the activity to authorities.
- Abuse tracking: for cloud AI requests, we may temporarily log non-content metadata (timestamp, app instance ID,
rough region, abuse classifier score) for the sole purpose of detecting and preventing abuse. This metadata is kept for a maximum of 30 days.
10.5 Ownership & Responsibility for AI Outputs
- You retain rights to the original photo you provide as input, subject to the rights of any other people depicted in it.
- Subject to these terms, you may use AI outputs for personal, non-commercial purposes. For commercial use, you are responsible for ensuring
you have all necessary rights (including the consent of any identifiable person depicted).
- You are solely responsible for how you use, store, post, or share AI outputs. We are not responsible for content created and distributed by users.
10.6 Reporting Problems with AI Output
If an AI Feature produces output that you believe is unsafe, sexual, depicts a minor inappropriately, infringes someone’s rights, or otherwise
violates this policy, please report it to jandev1989@gmail.com with the subject line AI ABUSE
and (if possible) a description of the prompt/feature used and the date/time. We will investigate, refine our safety filters, and take action as
described in Section 9.4.
10.7 Right to Restrict or Withdraw AI Features
We reserve the right to restrict, modify, suspend, or discontinue any AI Feature at any time, including for users or regions where we cannot
meet local legal requirements, or where we detect a pattern of abuse.
11. Children’s Privacy
HD Camera: AI Sweet Beauty is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your local law, such as 16 in some EEA
countries). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us,
please contact jandev1989@gmail.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
12. International Transfers
Information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including by our service providers (e.g., Google) in the
United States and elsewhere. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate
safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for these transfers.
13. Data Retention
- Photos: stay on your device; we don’t store them. Deleting them in your device gallery deletes them.
- Analytics & crash data: retained by our service providers (e.g., Firebase) according to their default retention windows (typically 2–14 months for events, up to 90 days for crash logs), then aggregated or deleted.
- Advertising data: retained by ad partners according to their own policies.
- Support emails: retained for as long as necessary to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping (typically up to 24 months), unless a longer period is required by law.
14. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information (for example, HTTPS/TLS for network traffic to
our SDK partners, and access controls for our support inbox). However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Because the App processes photos on-device, the strongest protection is your own device security (screen lock, OS updates).
15. Do Not Track
There is no common industry standard for responding to “Do Not Track” signals. The App does not respond to such signals,
but you can use the ad and analytics controls described in Section 7.
16. California & Regional Notices
16.1 California Privacy (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information
as defined by law. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. Some advertising activities may be considered
a “share” under California law; you can opt out via the controls in Section 7 or by contacting us.
16.2 EEA, UK, Brazil, Canada and other regions
Where local law grants additional rights or imposes specific obligations, we will honor them. EEA/UK users can also lodge
a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL and update the “Last updated” date
at the top. Material changes will be highlighted in the App or through the Google Play listing.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date signifies acceptance of the updated Policy.
